Our Courses
We provide half-day, one-day, and two-day seminars about the federal personnel system that focus on the discipline and performance process. A majority of our courses teach supervisors and managers the tools and techniques for dealing with troubled employees that meet the legal requirements of the federal system. Armed with these skills, supervisors can take action correctly the first time, ensuring mission accomplishment, and avoiding costly errors often addressed through litigation. Rudman Wink also offers courses that are appropriate for agency employees or federal agents who investigate misconduct by federal employees. Our training qualifies under the Federal Workforce Flexibility Act of 2004.
