Because many Agencies find one-day training courses to be efficient and effective, we present key portions of our signature course in “Managing the Federal Employee Discipline Process.” Using our interactive presentation style and many real-life examples, we teach the nuts and bolts of federal personnel law and provide managers and supervisors the tools and strategies needed to handle employee discipline issues. Attendees gain understanding of their legal rights and responsibilities as well as increased confidence in dealing with difficult employees. Our course instructors all have more than 25 years of experience with the federal government, serving in key management positions as well as representing federal agencies in administrative hearings before the MSPB and EEOC.
